Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Sain Digital collects through Uptiq, why, and your rights. We aim to collect as little as possible.

1. What we collect

• Account data — name, email, password (stored only as a hash), company name.
• Billing data — billing name, address and tax number you enter, plan and payment history. Card and bank details are collected by Razorpay, not by us.
• Monitoring data — the URLs, hosts and settings you configure, check results, and metrics sent by the server agent (CPU, memory, disk, network, container names and states). The agent does not read your files or application data.
• Alert settings — email addresses, chat IDs and webhook URLs you add.
• Technical data — IP address and browser for sign-in, security and the audit log.
• Messages — what you send us through the contact form or email.

2. Why we use it

To provide and secure the service, send alerts and account emails (verification, password reset, receipts, renewal reminders), handle payments and invoices, answer support requests and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

3. Service providers

We share data only as needed with: our hosting provider (servers), our email provider (sending emails), Razorpay (payments) and the alert services you choose to connect (e.g. Telegram, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Discord). Data may be processed outside your country with appropriate safeguards.

4. Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

5. How long we keep data

• Check results and metrics: for the history period of your plan.
• Account data: while your account exists; deleted when you delete it.
• Invoices and payment records: as long as tax law requires.
• Backups: overwritten on a rolling basis.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing or withdraw consent. Most of this can be done in your account; otherwise email support@uptiq.live. You may also complain to your local data protection authority (for example, SDAIA in Saudi Arabia).
