Service Delivery Policy

Uptiq is an online software service (SaaS) provided by Sain Digital. No physical goods are shipped.

1. Delivery

• Your plan is activated immediately after a successful payment. You will see the new plan in Billing and receive a receipt and tax invoice by email.
• If a plan is not active within 1 hour of a successful payment, contact us and we will activate it or refund you.
• The service is available worldwide through your browser at any time.

2. Service period

Each payment covers one month or one year, as chosen at checkout. The end date is shown in your dashboard and on your invoice.
