Terms of Service
Last updated: November 2026
These terms govern your use of Uptiq (https://uptiq.live), provided by Sain Digital (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you use Uptiq for a company, you accept these terms on its behalf.
1. The service
Uptiq monitors websites, APIs, ports, scheduled jobs, servers and containers that you configure, sends alerts through channels you choose and publishes status pages. Features and limits depend on your plan, as described on the pricing page.
2. Accounts
- You must give accurate information and keep your password safe.
- You are responsible for all activity in your workspaces, including by members you invite.
- You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian or employer.
3. Acceptable use
Only monitor systems you own or are authorised to test. You must not use Uptiq to attack, overload, scan or probe systems, send spam, host illegal content on status pages, or try to access other customers’ data. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. Plans, payment and renewal
- The Free plan costs nothing and may be changed or limited with notice.
- Paid plans are prepaid for a monthly or yearly period at the price shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
- Plans do not renew automatically. We remind you before your period ends. If you don’t renew, your workspace moves to the Free plan after a short grace period and resources over the free limits are paused.
- We may change prices for future periods; changes never affect a period you have already paid for.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Your data
You own the data you add. We use it only to provide the service, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Monitoring history is kept for the retention period of your plan.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep Uptiq running and to deliver every alert, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Alerts depend on third-party networks and providers (email, Telegram, Microsoft, Slack and others) that we don’t control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, including losses from a missed or delayed alert. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Ending your account
You may delete your workspace or account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or remain unpaid, with notice where reasonable.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for important changes, notify account owners by email. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Sain Digital is registered, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
