Frequently asked questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes — free forever, no credit card. It includes 5-minute checks, email and Telegram alerts and a public status page.
Is there a free trial of paid plans?
New accounts may get a free trial of a paid plan. When it ends you move to the Free plan automatically — we never charge you without your action.
How do I pay?
By card, and other methods shown at checkout, through our payment partner Razorpay. Plans are prepaid for one month or one year; you get a tax invoice by email.
Does it renew automatically?
No. You renew when you choose. We email you 7 days and 1 day before the end of your period. Unused time is kept when you renew early.
What happens if I don’t renew?
After a short grace period your workspace moves to the Free plan. Monitors over the free limit are paused, not deleted, so you can resume them anytime.
What counts as a monitor?
Each URL, API endpoint, TCP port or heartbeat you check is one monitor. Servers with the agent are counted separately.
Can I get a refund?

Can I use my own domain for the status page?
Yes, on paid plans. Point a CNAME at us and HTTPS is configured automatically.
